These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and SNSY (“SNSY”, “we”, “us”, “our”), governing your access to and use of our website, platform, and cloud-based services, including our control panel and related hosting tools (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Platform or any of our services.
SNSY provides cloud-based game hosting and management tools, including but not limited to game servers, voice servers, and bot hosting services. Your use of these services is subject to these Terms and any applicable service-level or privacy policies published on our site.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
All source code, backend systems, web designs, trademarks, service marks, graphics, and content displayed on the Platform are the exclusive property of SNSY Cloud Servers or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal or authorized business purposes only.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the Platform or its content without express written consent from SNSY Cloud Servers.
To use most services, you must register for an SNSY account. SNSY reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms or involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current information,
Keep your password secure, and
Be fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
SNSY offers cloud-based hosting solutions, including:
Game servers (e.g., Minecraft, Rust, FiveM)
Voice servers and Discord bot hosting
Resource credits for deployment and scaling
All services are subject to availability and technical limitations. SNSY reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
SNSY operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased using supported payment methods (PayPal, Stripe, Mollie, and others as listed on our Platform).
By purchasing credits or services, you agree to provide accurate billing information. SNSY reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways, and all prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.
All purchases, including credits and subscriptions, are final and non-refundable once processing is complete — except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
In case of technical faults directly caused by SNSY, users may contact our Support Team for review. SNSY reserves the right to issue partial refunds or credits at its sole discretion.
You agree not to use SNSY for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:
Hosting or distributing illegal, copyrighted, or malicious content,
Performing DDoS attacks, network flooding, or packet manipulation,
Running cryptocurrency miners, spamming, or botnets,
Sharing account credentials or reselling resources without authorization,
Exploiting software vulnerabilities or attempting unauthorized access.
Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
SNSY takes data protection seriously. We maintain and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes how your personal information and hosting data are stored and managed.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. SNSY is not liable for data loss caused by user actions, software errors, or third-party failures.
SNSY strives for high uptime and performance. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, or performance issues beyond our control. Scheduled maintenance notifications will be posted in advance whenever possible.
SNSY, its affiliates, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to SNSY during the previous three (3) months.
The Platform and all associated services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
SNSY makes no warranties or guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or error-free operation. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
SNSY reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
Termination may result in loss of data and credits without refund.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time. Updates to services, pricing, or functionality will be announced on our website or via your dashboard.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
